Your first visit, step by step
From your first call to a plan you can read at home.
Step 1: Request a visit
Use the form or call us. Tell us the days that suit you and how you would like us to reply.
Step 2: We check your benefits
If you have dental insurance, our front desk looks up what your plan says it covers and tells you before you come in.
Step 3: Fill in your forms
Health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, never on this website. Paper copies are at the front desk.
Step 4: Meet your dentist
Your dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and tells you what they found.
Step 5: Leave with a plan
You get a written plan with your options and an estimate, and time to ask questions before you decide.
Fill in your new-patient forms
Complete your health history before you arrive. The forms open in the practice's own secure portal.

Before you come in
What do I bring to the first visit?
Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.
Do I fill in medical details on this website?
No. Our contact form asks for no medical details. Your health history goes on the forms in the practice's own secure portal.
Can you get my records from my old dentist?
Yes. Give us your previous practice's name and phone number, and with your written permission we will ask for your records before your first visit.
Ready to book a first visit?
Tell us a good time and how to reach you, and we will take it from there.
